Whether you are a seasoned veteran in the gym, or not sure where your biceps are, this class is for you.  This class is going to replace our usual summer boot camp program, and promises to be very different from past programs.

Even if we have been working out for 20 years, we all love to see something new…this workout has that!

We will use a variety of free weights as well as many of our fitness center machines.  You will also perform effective body weight exercises that will challenge and change you.
