This 45 minute class will get you moving. Whether it’s using handheld weights, practicing balance poses, using stability balls for cardio or using bands for strength you will enjoy a fun and functional workout.
This class is designed for all fitness levels. There will be little to zero impact, and all exercises will start low with progressions being offered.
If you find yourself losing energy in the middle of the day, put this class on your schedule.
