FACILITY UPDATE

Our building is open! We are happy to have you back in our facility. Please review our current building guidelines below. These guidelines are subject to change at any time. We are currently only open for members.

  • – Face coverings are required of members and employees at all times, with the exception of the following:
    • – Actively exercising on the cardio equipment (treadmill, bicycle, elliptical).
    • – Participating in a group exercise class.
    • – Playing basketball or pickle ball.
  • – Group exercise classes are reserved in the East Gymnasium. Class sizes are limited to 14 participants at a time.
  • – Equipment must be spaced to accommodate social distancing. A select few cardio machines will be “not in use” to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • – Employees will be screened daily and are required to wear masks.
  • – Coffee service and lobby sitting areas are discontinued until further notice.
  • – Members will be asked to please wash their hands upon entering the facility.
  • – Equipment must be sanitized before and after each use by the member. Spray bottles equipped with disinfectant and rags are available for use upon entry of the facility.
  • – Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines of a 6-foot distance between members.
  • – Complete your workout in a timely manner to allow all members an opportunity to exercise.
  • – The facility is limited to 50 members and staff at a time. We are not accepting guests passes or reciprocity members. Any member under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • – Water fountains are unavailable for use until further notice.

WEST GYMNASIUM

  • – Pickleball 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • – Basketball 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – CLOSE.
  • – The West Gym will be closed daily between 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM for cleaning.
  • – Basketballs will not be provided at this time; you must bring your own.
  • – Maximum capacity is 12 members. Please limit each basketball goal to 4 players at a time. No full court games are permitted.

EAST GYMNASIUM

  • – The East Gymnasium will remain reserved for all group exercise classes. 

LOCKER ROOMS/SHOWERS

  • – Locker rooms and showers are now open with limited availability.
  • – Only 2 stalls and 2 showers will remain open at this time. However, the lobby restrooms are available for use.
  • – The locker rooms and showers will be closed between 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM for cleaning.

R.I.P.P.E.D. Season 41 Launch Party!

We are hosting a R.I.P.P.E.D. Season 41 Launch Party! Join Chrissie, Allyson, and Kayla for the brand new Season 41 of R.I.P.P.E.D. on Saturday, August 15th 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. This special class is limited to 20 members, so sign up at the front desk today to reserve your spot! All other group exercise classes and pickleball is canceled for the day.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed and enforced, so please plan accordingly and arrive prepared with your mask (unless actively participating in the event), water bottle, towel, and yoga mat. Weights will be provided.

HEALTHY LIVING

Click here to take a look at our updated group exercise schedule, fully effective Sunday, June 28th! All group exercises classes are included in your membership. Please take note of minor time changes, different class days, and new regulations moving forward. All classes will be held in the gymnasium, and are limited to 15 members at a first come, first serve basis. Hand weights will be provided, however you must bring you own mats.
