This is the newest class at the Y that will help you on your way to stronger, fitter life. This class will give you a great cardio and upper body workout while teaching you basic punches such as the jab, cross, hook and upper cut. You will also learn defensive techniques such as parries, slips and counter punches while working on your footwork. Drill work is a big part of class and helps get your heart rate up as well as giving you the opportunity to develop each technique.
